2009 Cross Walk Agreement

The undersigned person(s) wishing to cross the golf course understands and agree to abide
by the rules and regulations established by Walnut Run Golf Course. The undersigned
person(s) acknowledge receipt of a copy of those rules and that such rules may be change
at any time without notice by Walnut Run Golf Course. The undersigned person(s) acknowledge,
the right of Walnut Run Golf Course to terminate the Cross Walk Agreement at any time
and for any reason.
