Walnut Run Golf Course is for golfers and is not to be used as a park. Walking, jogging or hiking anywhere on golf course property is strictly prohibited.
No swimming, fishing or skating on golf course ponds.
No soliciting is permitted.
Recovery of lost balls while searching for your lost ball when playing golf is permitted (5-minute limit). Exclusive ball hunting is prohibited.
All golfers must register with the clubhouse before playing.
Access to the Walnut Run Golf Course shall only be permitted at designated locations. Do not enter the course from a backyard or any other adjacent properties.
All golfers are responsible for their actions while on the golf course.
All golfers must have a clubhouse receipt while on the course.
Practice golf (hitting several balls from the same location) is prohibited.
Any individual accompanying a golfer and not playing must register at the clubhouse. These individuals must pay an access fee.
Must be 16 years old or have a valid driver's license to operate a rental golf cart.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the course without adult supervision.
Slow golfers may be asked to pick-up and continue to the next hole in order to keep play moving at a normal pace, and/or allow faster golfers to play through, and/or simply asked to speed up their play. Normal pace is 15 minutes per hole per foursome, or 9 holes in 2 1/4 hours.
Proper attire is required and the pro shop will make decisions regarding attire. Full shirts should be worn at all times.
No vehicles are permitted on the golf course. Vehicles included bicycles, snowmobiles, four wheelers, motorbikes etc.

Each golfer must have a set of clubs.
The golf course holes must be played in numerical sequence. If you leave the golf course, your golf round is terminated. You must return to the clubhouse and re-register to start play again.

All private cart owners are responsible for bodily injury or property damage caused by their cart.
The Cart Trail Fee Pass is valid for only the private cart owners and their immediate family (those family members residing in cart owner's home). No one else is permitted to operate the cart on the golf course.
Golf carts must be 30 feet from greens and tee areas at all times. Use cart paths where provided.

It is in the best interests of both the golfers and golf course that unauthorized activity or people on the golf course be reported to the clubhouse. Reporting unauthorized activity or personnel may prevent a serious injury from occurring.

Membership Guidelines
The seasonal golf pass is good throughout the golfing year providing course is open.
Normal golfing season is March 15 to November 15 of each year.
All golf passes are for all seven (7) weekdays and cover green fees only. Rental carts are not included.
Membership cards and privileges are non-transferable.
All Members must present their Membership cards in person at time of play.
Only soft spikes may be worn on golf course and driving range.
Play may be approved for up to a five-some.
USGA Handicap Service available for members.
Players must replace divots, repair ball marks and rake bunkers.
Golfers are encouraged to play "READY GOLF".
Golf pass will not be good for some special events - outings, special tournament events, etc. may require an additional green fee. Please inquire.

Private golf cart may access Walnut Run Golf Course only at designated locations. Inquire at clubhouse for the appropriate location to access the golf course.

Carts are not to be parked on the driving range tee area. Please park on cart path behind the range. Crossing the range area to enter course is strictly

Dear Neighbors,
We would like to remind all persons wishing to cross the golf course between the Fairway Drive and Heritage Heights areas
that you may do so by following a few guidelines. These rules briefly describe where and how persons are permitted to cross golf course
property. For your safety and convenience, you may cross the golf course property within the designated area described in the Cross
Walk Rules (see map). It is imperative that all persons using the Cross Walk area are completely aware of and understand
the rules, especially young children. As parents, we all are concerned about the safety of our children.
If you wish to cross the golf course, please review the rules, sign and return the Cross Walk Agreement. Children must also
sign the agreement. Please read and explain these rules to all family members. All persons must sign the agreement in order to cross
the course. Please counter sign for any person under eighteen years old. By signing or counter signing, you knowingly accept the
consequences encountered and acknowledge that the rules are only meant to keep you safe.

Cross Walk Rules
Cross with signed permission only - Only persons having signed the Cross Walk Agreement will be permitted
to cross the golf course property.
Cross in permitted area only - Persons crossing the golf course property may do so only from Fairway Drive
to cart path at WRGC Hole 16 Blue Tee along cart path in front of WRGC Hole 12 White Tee to intersection of Hawthorne Trail and Cherry Hill. This area is indicated
on the map.
Cross only when clear - Persons may not enter the golf course property until the cross walk area has been
cleared of all golfers.
Be alert - Persons must remain a safe distance back away from the golf course while golfers are in the area.
Do not disrupt activities - Persons must not impede the movements of any golfers, workers or anyone else
on the golf course.
Do not ride - Persons may not ride a bicycle on golf course property. Persons may cross with a bicycle by
walking and pushing the bicycle. Please no private golf carts.
Do not stop - Once golfers clear the area, persons may proceed along cart path without stopping. Do not
use water cooler or disturb anything on the golf course.
These rules are intended for the safety of golfers and non-golfers around Walnut Run Golf Course. The management of Walnut Run Golf Course retains the right
to modify any of these rules at any time without notice. Failure to follow any of these rules may result in the termination of privileges.

that such rules may be change at any time without notice by Walnut Run Golf Course. The undersigned person(s) acknowledge the right of Walnut Run Golf Course
to terminate the Cross Walk Agreement at any time and for any reason.
