We realize you have many great choices for golf in Northeastern Ohio and are delighted to offer our facilities at very competitive prices. Our friendly staff will assist you with planning and organizing your event and make it as special as the occasion.

1) Groups may now reserve a date for the 2008 season. A deposit is required before the date is reserved. The full amount of the deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your outing.

2) Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your event, notify Walnut Run a minimum of 60 days in advance of the event date and you will receive full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 30-59 days prior to your date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 29 days or less, you will not receive a refund on your deposit.

3) You must confirm your number of players one week in advance of your event date. On the day of your event, if you are short of your confirmed player count, your deposit will be debited by $10 per player. Any addition to the number of players must be done as soon as possible and will be subject to the availability of tee times. For shotgun start events will be charged for a prearranged minimum number of players. Balance of outing fees (golf, carts, food, beverages, etc.) are due the day of the event.

4) Rain, cold or any other poor weather conditions are not grounds for cancellation. If the course is open, you are expected to play. Only if the conditions are dangerous, unplayable or the superintendent has closed the course, we can reschedule the event.

5) Everyday golf course rules will apply at all times; proper dress and conduct is required. Private Property surrounding the course is well marked with white 4' out-of-bound stakes. Please do not drive carts or hit your golf ball from beyond these stakes.

6) Any unusual damage to the course, golf carts or other areas of the facility are the responsibility of the outing coordinator(s). The deposit may be withheld or used to offset such damages.

7) Groups should plan to arrive at the course a minimum of 30 minutes prior to tee off.

8) Extra carts (if available) for non-golfers at a fee $10 per cart.

9) Walnut Run will provide proximity markers for the closest-to-the-pin on all par 3 holes or long drive contest on two par 5 holes. Score sheets and scorecards will be provided.

* Dinners must have a minimum of 40 Golfers and choose the same dinner for entire group
* Must have 80 golfers for Beverage Cart option
* Beverages are (non-alcoholic: Pop, Lemonade, Ice Tea, and Water or alcoholic: beer)
* Substitutions for non-meat items may occur at our discretion
