Policy
Schools must submit a current golf team roster (in Spring of the Year).
The roster must contain the golfer's full name, home address, home phone number, age, current grade and must be
signed by the current coach or athletic director. Eighth graders (Fall High School Freshman) are an important part of
any high school team and may participate in our golf program. Spring tryouts for eighth graders maybe a possible
way of adding these future golfers to the program. Total number of golfers on each high school roster must be pre-arranged
with Walnut Run Golf Course. A complete set of rule for the program are available for the current coach or athletic
director upon meeting with Walnut Run Golf Course.
This is a golf program with a large number of participants, therefore, you can understand that
this is based on space available. The course will experience many busy periods where high school golfers must give way
to regular golfers. No golfing permitted at anytime on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
