Thank you for your interest in a league at Walnut Run. This is just a brief explanation for some of the pricing and to touch on some of the expectations you may have for the season. Please take the time to review this page and let us know if you have any questions.

REGULAR PRICE:  Our price for league green fees, including cart is $11 for the 9 holes. We would double that price for an 18 hole league green fee, and this would include the possibility of having the field day the same time as your scheduled league (see below for additional field day pricing).

WITH A MEMBERSHIP:  Membership includes all green fees. Pay for use of a riding cart ($6 per 9 holes).

BEER:  All alcoholic beverages must be purchased in the clubhouse. Our beer prices are competitive. Please do not bring any alcoholic beverages with you to the course. If your league is interested in purchasing beer in bulk, we could accommodate with additional savings. Please contact Pro-Shop with questions.

HOLIDAYS:  If your league falls on a holiday (for instance your league is played on Mondays, thus would schedule to play on Memorial Day), we reserve the right to have you skip play for that week. Essentially, we just ask if you would skip that week and pick-up your schedule the following week. Please contact the Pro-Shop with any concerns of this type.

SHOTGUN/TEE TIMES:  We ask that all leagues prior to 5:00pm use a tee-time format. Leagues that would start after 5:00pm might apply for a shotgun starting time. We understand there could be an issue of darkness and we will accommodate your league as best we can. Please note that we can accommodate some shotgun leagues, but these matters would need to be discussed with the Pro-Shop.

FIELD DAY:  If your league happens to utilize your scheduled league time for the field day, there is no additional cost for golf. In other words, if you play 9 holes for your field day at your scheduled league time, it will cost the usual $11 (with Membership $6). If you play 18 holes, it will be $21 (with Membership $11). It is an additional $6 (with Membership $5) for each 9 holes after you've played 18 holes and our all-day rate would thus be $33 (with Membership $21). If, however, you wish to move your field day to a weekend date, please contact the Pro-Shop for available dates and note that we will treat this as an outing and our outing rates would apply.
